Upon successful completion, graduates are prepared to seek West Virginia licensure and sit for the MBLEx(Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination), meeting state requirements as established by the WV Massage Therapy Licensure Board.
Program Objective
Prepare students to qualify for state registration/licensure as massage therapists and enter the professional wellness field in spa, salon, clinic, and independent practice settings. Training emphasizes technical excellence, safety, client care, and business skills to support a sustainable career. (Licensure eligibility depends on meeting current state requirements and successfully passing the required exam.)
